Where do oral precursors fit?

Two places at once: the least invasive, least expensive rung, and the rung with the most actual human research. The trials that established levels can be raised, and the trials that keep failing to find performance benefits, largely used oral nicotinamide riboside. By asking what you are actually trying to accomplish, agreeing on how you will judge it, and matching the route to your budget, schedule, and tolerance for needles and unknowns, in that order. Is IV more effective than injections because the dose is bigger?
